From canvas to paper.......

This is a friend of mines poem, its real cool, check out!!!!

ONE THING MADE CLEAR

Why does the man walk through a museum to peruse oils organized on a canvas?
Why does the woman circle the sculpture hand on chin in deep thought and contemplation?
What do these "arts" evoke that bring people from miles around to see?
What would the world be without these oils, ceramics, and acrylics?...
These pencils, pens, shades, perspectives, sprays of paint, and chalks all meshed in?
A bland world lacking creativity, vision, and dimension…if the trees, flowers, the sun, and moon were paid no attention.
If beauty wasn't captured to be preserved on surface of choice.
If talk was monotone, lacking inflection, rhythm of the voice.
What could life bring with no songs to sing that change minds, and uplift spirits?
No song, so there are no beats to choreograph dance to, we are a rhythm-less nation.
No saxophone to syncopate the outlook is ill-fated.
A world without the art a topic never to be debated.
A one-sided argument this is as this everything is always necessary.
Not just a painting against the easel, a ballerina on her toes, a voice catapulted from the depths of diaphragm, a trombone player's blow…but a mother giving birth to life, a bee's buzz to flowers' bloom, a skill, a craft, a leader's legacy left whose impression is now painted on you.
Art can be found in all things that express a thought…a feeling…an opinion from one to another.
It can be found in every human being of all colors, fashion, and form.
Art can transcend barriers where the mundane fails along with the norm.
To not love it, is to not love one's self.
To disrespect it, is to disrespect one's self.
Stopping the art is to stop the blood that courses veins, stopping life.
You are a most beautiful work of art.
Peruse on man in the museum, contemplate the architecture of the sculpture.
Ask how?
Ask why?
Who knows?... sometimes the only answer.
Craft a speech to lead millions to craft speeches that lead millions to different tomorrows. Think deep.
Create on. The work of the artist can never me done.
